The process

We keep our process simple, fast, and focused on real work. Most candidates go through the following steps:

  1. 20–30 minute conversation with our Head of People & Talent.

  2. 30–45 minute discussion with the hiring manager.

  3. 60-90 minute practical task with the hiring team.

  4. A final session in our office to meet the team, discuss culture, and see how we work day to day. This is as much for you as it is for us.

  5. We make a decision - and share an offer if you’re successful.
