The process
We keep our process simple, fast, and focused on real work. Most candidates go through the following steps:
20–30 minute conversation with our Head of People & Talent.
30–45 minute discussion with the hiring manager.
60-90 minute practical task with the hiring team.
A final session in our office to meet the team, discuss culture, and see how we work day to day. This is as much for you as it is for us.
