If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Caribou's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

However Caribou does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Cookies

Caribou's website uses two small cookies, described below. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics.

Analytics without cookies

We use PostHog and Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits, see which pages people read and learn which sites and campaigns bring them to us. Both run without cookies: neither tool stores anything in your browser, and neither can recognise you on a later day. On the waitlist, we report personal booking links as /book, never the link itself. Our Privacy Policy explains what these tools receive.

Cookies we set

• caribou_theme remembers whether you want the light theme, the dark theme or your device's setting (the default). It applies across Caribou's sites on usecaribou.com and lasts one year. Your browser also keeps a copy in its local storage.
• waitlist_email carries the email address you enter on our website to the waitlist at waitlist.usecaribou.com, so the address never appears in a web address. It lasts at most 10 minutes, only the waitlist can read it, and we delete it as soon as the waitlist has filled in your address.

You can delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website still works without them, but it will forget your theme and ask for your email address again.
