Your access to and use of the Website is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions available here.

1. Information we may collect from you

We provide the services and content available on the Service, and are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. In summary, Rebank’s Service collects personal data including:

1.1 Cookies, Usage Data, and email address, by itself or through third parties. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Rebank.

Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by Rebank is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for Rebank to provide its Services. In cases where Rebank specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service. Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.

Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by Rebank or by the owners of third-party services used by Rebank serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy.

1.2 We may also ask you to complete feedback that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

1.3 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence for administrational and/or legal purposes.

2. IP addresses and cookies

2.1 We may collect information about your device, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration, to optimise the quality of the Service.

2.2 In addition to cookie files, we may also use HTML5 client side storage, Adobe Flash local shared objects and other methods for identifying and personalising our services.

2.3 All browser technologies enable you to manage the cookies in the cookie folder of your browser. This means that you can either delete cookies from your cookie folder once you have finished your visit at our services or you can set your preference with regard to the use of cookies before you begin using our website - for example you may be asked to re-enter some information e.g. your name and password to use some pages.

3. Where we store your personal data and how long we will store it for

3.1 The data we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). However, any such data transfer will be made only to a country that the European Commission has decided is country which ensures an adequate level of protection, or if we have otherwise provided for other appropriate safeguards to legitimise such data transfers.

If data is transferred to a third country outside the EEA where appropriate safeguards need to be put in place Rebank would put in place safeguards such as Binding Corporate Rules or EU Model Clauses as per Rebank’s internal Data Protection Policy that is reviewed and re-approved at least annually by the Rebank Directors. The Rebank Data Protection Policy also outlines key safeguards for all data, currently solely within the European Economic Area, for example access to Personal Data shall be restricted to only that data which is strictly required for performance of their duties. 3.2 Your personal data is kept protected at all times using industry best practices and technologies. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

3.3 Unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, however we cannot guarantee without doubt the security of your data transmitted to the Service; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and bank level encryption to prevent unauthorised access.

3.4 Unless we are required to retain your personal data by law, or to provide you with the Service, we will aim to keep your data for no more than seven years.

4. Uses made of the information

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes:

4.1 Tag Management, Analytics, Infrastructure monitoring, Managing contacts and sending messages.

4.2 You agree that we may send you notices via e-mail, regular mail, or alerts within the Service.

5. Disclosure of your information

5.1 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

5.2 We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

b) If Rebank Technologies Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets; and/or

d) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rebank Technologies Limited, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

6. Your rights

6.1 You have the right request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed by us and receive further information relating to that processing if it occurs

6.2 You have the right to rectify personal information we have about you if it proves to be inaccurate or incomplete

6.3 In certain circumstance you have the right to have your personal data erased from our systems if you withdraw your consent for us to hold such data. This consent can be withdrawn at any time

6.4 In certain circumstance you have the right to restrict us from processing your information, such as when the accuracy of the data we hold is contested

6.5 You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.

6.6 You have the right to receive any personal data which you have provided to us in a readable electronic format and you can ask us to pass this information onto other service providers

6.7 You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you

7.1 Due to rapidly evolving technologies and capabilities of the Service, we may need to change our privacy policy over time to take account of those evolutions.

7.2 We may also revise this Privacy Policy at any time for security, legal, best practice or regulatory reasons by amending this page.

7.3 You are expected to check these terms from time to time to take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding on you, however data taken before any changes will not be affected unless we have your individual permission.

8.1 As long as you keep your password safe, we protect your data so it can only be viewed and accessed by you. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data.
